Harvey Cedars Vacation Packages

I stayed there for one night, they gave me a room on the 36th floor. I tried 2 elevators none of them go to the 36th floor I had to ask 2 staff members in order to find which elevator I need to take. during check in the guy never mentioned which elevator I need to take. After I settled in my room I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi the lobby told me I can connect the first 3 devices for free, I had 0 device connected every time I try to connect it says I have reached my devices limit and I need to pay $13.99 to connect to wifi. I called front desk the guy said yeah this happens sometimes and sorry I can’t do anything about it. When I booked on Expedia it indicated that parking is included. Then I was surprised to have to pay $10 parking fee. Other than that everything else was pretty good. The room was clean and it offered all the amenities described on the listing.

The decor was dated, the hallways between rooms need to be better kept, paying to use the pool at a resort is crazy.

Tropicana is a fun place to stay, however , if you're not planning on visiting the beach , just know that the pools aren't open until the weekend. I didn't come prepared for the beach I came for the pools. However , everything else was fun and made up for that , it's a huge place , wear your walking shoes 🤗

Atmosphere was calm, mature crowd, but not boring. I wish there wasn’t so many penny and five cents machines, more progressive machines, and the smoking the cigarette smell I wish it wasn’t there like it was no smoking at all, but overall the property was well maintained and clean

We enjoyed our stay - staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms were recently renovated - combination of retro and new. The kitchenette was functional and supplied well.
